Nothing But Recruitment are looking for two qualified Social Workers to join an adult services hospital team in Newport. This is a full-time, site-based role, working closely with patients to review and assess their needs directly in the hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting patient reviews and assessments within the hospital
Working as part of a dedicated team to ensure high-quality social care delivery
Maintaining accurate case notes and professional documentation
Liaising with colleagues, patients, and multi-disciplinary teams to provide appropriate support
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with relevant adult services experience
Ability to work on-site full time (five days a week)
Strong assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills
Resilient and able to work in a structured hospital environment
