Location: Client Site in Barrow-in-Furness
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 7:15am – 4:00pm, Friday 7:15am – 11:45am)
Salary: £34,000 – £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team at a client site in Barrow-in-Furness. This role involves providing a compassionate and professional clinical service, ensuring the highest standards of care for on-site employees.
As part of a collaborative team, you will work alongside Occupational Health Advisors, Technicians, and Physiotherapists, delivering a holistic package of care. This role includes managing minor injuries and illnesses, supporting health and wellbeing initiatives, and working closely with external organizations and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills and Experience:
Registered Nurse (NMC) with a valid PIN.
Previous experience in the occupational health sector.
Proficiency in health surveillance.
Experience in A&E, intensive care, or practice nursing is highly desirable.
Strong clinical skills in assessing fitness for work and managing minor injuries/illnesses.
Additional Requirements:
Applicants must hold a British passport and currently reside in the UK to meet site security clearance requirements.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
